Application of Performance Excellence
In this follow-up to the Introduction course, SPQA offers experience-based learning to apply key performance excellence principles. The program is focused on the systems thinking value of the Baldrige Framework and how this creates a differentiation with other improvement models. Content focuses on the learning, integration, and relevance dimensions of organizational maturity using Baldrige. The value of performance excellence occurs when the organization behaves as a system with all “parts” contributing positively to intended outcomes. Course principles can be applied to all structures and processes in an organization.
The Excellence Framework is a national model for organizational performance improvement. Continued applicant of the Framework guides organizations to systemic improvement of an organization’s processes. Continuous learning helps achieve an integrated perspective of outcomes and results. Organizations or individuals seeking to improve all aspects of organization performance should attend this workshop.
