Introduction to Performance Excellence

In this Introductory course, SPQA offers an opportunity for individuals and organizations to learn the foundations of performance excellence. The program is based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework. The Excellence Framework is a national model for organizational performance improvement. Through questions, the Framework guides organizations to a systemic and integrated perspective of an organization’s process. Process improvement professionals and organizational leaders searching for structures and processes that will improve customer service, workforce engagement, efficiency, innovation, strategy, and more should attend this workshop.

The Introduction to Performance Excellence is an ideal starting point for organizations seeking a guide for systemic organizational improvement. The program reviews the foundations of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the Baldrige Core Values, and value of an integrated system when all key components fit together.
